How to Add Match Tickets

This guide relates to our e-Commerce plus Match Tickets add on. You will only be able to access these features if you have an active subscription of this add-on.

How to add Match Tickets To Events

1. Click on Add New

2. Add your event title here

e.g Claba Utd FC vs Claba Sport FC

3. Enter your events description

4. Enter the events information

This includes start and end time & dates, venue and organiser information.

5. Select your date from the calendar pop-up

6. Add tickets by selecting new ticket.

7. Add the information for the ticket

This includes the mandatory fields of Type (Name of Ticket), the allocated availability option, and the price (Put 0 if event is free).

8. Click on Attendee Collection

And make sure that you are collecting the appropriate information that you need to collect.

9. View all the available information that you are able to collect about your attendee.

10. Make sure to save your ticket.

11. And then make sure you publish the event to make it live.
